About the Role

We are currently seeking a Lawn Care Technician to service residential and commercial properties on an assigned route. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and seeing the results of their work every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply fertilizer and weed control products to customers lawns
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
• Accurately measure lawns and perform basic lawn analyses
• Provide quotes and identify additional lawn care needs (field sales opportunities)
• Maintain equipment and follow all safety and application guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and solve problems independently
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
• Willingness to become licensed/certified to apply pesticides
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors 8–10 hours per day in various weather conditions

Previous lawn care or sales experience is an asset, but not required, we’re happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.
