Our door-to-door position is an introduction to sales and marketing, with room to grow into phone sales team and customer service teams. Our door-to-door team is the gas pedal to this organization; you get paid hourly plus commission pay on top of that.
Your job is to ask homeowners in highly populated neighborhoods if they want a free quote for our Lawn Care services. NO SALES, just getting their interest to hear a free quote. You will be paid hourly and commission on the more people you get to come say yes to the quote.
You should have a clean background, friendly smile, and a people person type personality. No experience needed we will train you in house.
