About this role:

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be the face of Weed Man in the field, delivering professional lawn care services to both residential or commercial customers along your daily provided routes. This seasonal, full-time position (March-November) is ideal for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, reliable to work on their own, and enjoy building relationships with customers. You’ll apply standard applications Weed Man offers, evaluate lawn health, and recommend solutions while providing exceptional customer service. Those who love the outdoors, working on your own, and have a clean driving record—this is perfect for you! 

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily, assigned services for customer lawns
• Safely, meticulously, & accurately operate application equipment
• Evaluate lawn conditions & provide solutions
• Perform lawn measurements
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner 
• Generate field sales when appropriate
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all state/company regulations
• Guarantee company vehicles, equipment, and materials are kept clean and organized
• Represent Weed Man with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
