The Office Administrator is responsible of the overall operation of the front office. The Office administrator will supervise a staff of 5 to 12 technicians to ensure they meet and exceed our high standards for excellent customer service. The Office Administrator will address all customer calls, questions and complaints and be responsible for sales calls and payments.
Seasonal. This position’s season is approximately March to November with an opportunity for yearly retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with customers by phone to answer questions, resolve concerns, verify customer information, and make sales
Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
Participate in the planning, development and execution of strategy for the future development of the department.
Effectively manage the accounts payable and receivable function
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers
Address and resolve all customer questions and complaints within a timely manner
Answer allotted calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
Perform data entry and administrative tasks
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year experience in an office related position
Experience in accounting is preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Functional knowledge of MS Office
